Shipping policy
We here at OffersXG understand the significance of your goods arriving promptly and undamaged. This means that we'll be extra cautious when packing and sending your purchase.
We currently offer shipping only inside the United States, but we want to expand our international reach later in the year.
We do NOT ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Kindly be advised that our product inventory is obtained from various vendors located worldwide, which includes, but is not limited to, the United Kingdom, United States, Turkey, China, and Singapore. The handling and transit times indicated encompass the minimum and maximum duration required for the delivery of your order, irrespective of the origin of the product.
Processing, order cut-off time, and transit time:
In general, orders take between one and two business days to process.
Three to Four business days (Monday through Friday) is the estimated transit time within the United States. (Transit time refers to the amount of time it takes for a carrier to transport an item from a supplier to a customer.)
Handling time: 3-5 days (Monday - Saturday) Transit time: 15-25 days (Monday - Saturday)
Order cut-off will be at 4:00 p.m. (GMT). Time in New York Time. (Monday through Saturday)
That implies that if you place an order after 5 p.m., it won't be processed until the following business day.
Modalities of Supply:
DPD US, Evri, and shipping are all methods we employ to get your order to you.
Shipment Fees::
There will be no shipping fees applied to any purchases. (Free shipping in the US.)
All prices are in British pounds (GBP).
There are no dues or fees to join.
Address change:
Once the package is on its way, we can't change the location. If you need to change where your order will be sent, please email us at contact@offersxg.com within 48 hours of making your order.
Several locations:
We are unable to ship to different locations for the same order. If you need things shipped to different locations, please place separate orders. If you require assistance on this matter, please contact contact@offersxg.com.
Wrong address:
If our goods are returned to us because you entered an incorrect mailing address during checkout, you will be responsible for paying all additional shipping fees associated with resending the item.
Shipping Status:
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation email right away, don’t worry! We know the delivery date or date range provided at checkout and we’ll be sure to deliver the items within that timeframe.
Order changes
Please contact us immediately with any changes to your order. Note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be swapped for other designs.
Item not received:
If you have issues at all with final delivery, please contact us at contact@offersxg.com.
Delayed:
However, there are a few occasions where there are holdups. If there is a delay in the order of more than 8 working days, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
Order monitoring:
You will receive a tracking number with your shipment so that you can monitor its whereabouts until it reaches you. Your order status may be viewed here.
Transport-related package damage:
If you receive a shipment that appears to have been damaged during shipping, please notify our customer service team as soon as possible and refuse delivery. If you were not home when the box was delivered, please get in touch with us at contact@offersxg.com.
